The Hernia Centre Philosophy

1.  The operation is performed at one of our two private hernia facilities – the Woking Nuffield or Runnymede hospitals.

2.  You are admitted approximately 90 minutes prior to your operation. The actual surgery takes 40 minutes and you are walking and can be discharged 2 to 3 hours after the procedure is completed. An overnight stay facility is also available.

3.  The repair technique utilises only a single small incision.

4.  You will have minimal discomfort and will be able to return to normal activity within days.

5.  The operation is covered by all registered medical insurance companies in the UK. Fixed price packages are also available for uninsured patients.
